CSC examinees may check room assignments online

NEGROS OCC., October 17 (PIA6) -- Qualified applicants for the May 27, 2012 CSE PPT Examinations may now print their notices of room assignment by logging in at or at homepage, a statement from the local Civil Service Commission, said.

After completely filling out the eForm, notices may be generated.

Information Officer Bethoven Tiano said examinees that are unable to secure their notices within the week (October 16 - 19, 2012) prior to the examinations may avail of the above utility or may personally secure a copy of their notices at the CSC Field Office or at the venue on the day of the examination. Notices of assignment will no longer be sent through mail.

Room assignments may also be obtained by phone starting October 16. The room assignments will only be released to examinees themselves. No third party queries will be entertained. The CSCFO landline number is (034) 7088184, available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, he added.

In case of lost receipts or notices, examinees may still take the examinations as long as they bring their valid Identification cards on the day of exams. In case of lost IDs, it is STRONGLY ADVISED that examinees secure a valid ID before examinations as early as possible. The CSC strictly adheres to the ‘no id, no exam policy.

The examination venue is at the Negros Occidental High School, Araneta Singcang Street, Bacolod City. Examinees are advised to be at the venue not later than 7:00 AM and bring the following: One (1) black or blue ballpen, Two (2) pieces # 2 lead pencil and valid IDs.
